Moises Aunty Neca, Grandmother and granmother's sister, took us on a little trip for one night to Gramado, famous for going overboard with christmas cheer! Xmas decorations everywhere, xmas shows, xmas souvenirs, and more! The whole town is in on it. They even have a house for Santa and a house for Mrs Claus.
There's no going back, beyond this gate is Xmas land!
A huge money making industry in this town (apart from xmas of course) is chocolate! Soo many chocolate factories and shops. yum yum!
Famous soccer player made out of chocolate.

Church in a neighbouring town called "Canela" (means cinnamon)
Cascata do Caracol. The chair lifts went down to the waterfall. Unfortunately we didn't go on them cause they were ridiculously expensive and had an hour wait. All our other travel companians were getting tired and were waiting for us in the car.

The town is known for this flower (forgotton the name) they are everywhere! very pretty

Down by the black lake
We went on a paddle boat ride on the lake. I was designated driver and came into a few problems early on. First of all I couldn't touch the peddels, the guy in charge told me to lean back which helped a lot. Secondly, as I was trying to get my feet on the peddels my shoe came off as Moises had started peddling and my peddels were in unison with his. Thirdly, I still hadn't got my bearings Moises was furiously peddling and we nearly crashed into another boat cause I had forgotton to steer, trying to get organised. Finally got my feet on, one with shoe and one without to get out of danger of crashing again, before I was able to retrieve my shoe deep in th belly of the "bird". Very funny and fun!
I wanted to go on the priate ship, but that was only for families
